# Company Sourceability Report

Status: PASS

This manifest covers the 19 target companies from `goal.md` with primary-source locations and extraction caveats. It is a sourceability artifact: it does not assert numeric forecast or actual values.

## Recommended MVP Batch

1. **DLR** remains the template because quarterly supplements expose Development Lifecycle, leasing, backlog, pre-leased percentage, and capex tables with repeatable structure.
2. **EQIX** should be next among data-center REITs because it has quarterly results and supplemental-style disclosure, but the capacity basis must be mapped carefully.
3. **APLD** should be next among AI/HPC infrastructure developers because project power, construction status, and customer commitments are core disclosure topics.
4. **CRWV** is high-relevance but has a shorter public history; use after APLD or in parallel for RPO/backlog and contract conversion.

## Major Sourceability Groups

- Hyperscalers: ORCL, MSFT, AMZN, GOOGL, and META are best for capex guidance, capex actuals, RPO/backlog, and cloud revenue conversion. They are weaker for physical MW delivery.
- Data-center REITs: DLR and EQIX are best for facility development tables, leasing, and capex; IRM is useful but may require segment caveats.
- AI/HPC and power-conversion names: APLD, CORZ, IREN, WULF, CIFR, HUT, NBIS, and CRWV are best for power/capacity pipeline and customer commitment tracking, but announced power must be separated from energized capacity.
- Semiconductor/equipment validation names: NVDA, Vertiv, and Eaton are not build-capacity sources; they are target/confirming indicators for revenue, orders, backlog, and book-to-bill.

## Extraction Caveats

- Never combine corporate capex with data-center capex unless the source explicitly defines the basis.
- Never treat announced, secured, land, shell, interconnection, or contracted capacity as delivered operating capacity.
- Keep 100% share, company share, JV share, and customer-contracted values separate.
- Use secondary sources only to discover primary documents or project names.

## Validation

`validate_company_source_manifest.py` checks target coverage, required fields, primary/secondary source-role labels, HTTPS URLs, extraction difficulty enums, metric-map consistency, and at least 38 source-family rows.
