This is an offline parser verification seeded from audited primary-source snippets in `artifacts/_context/autopilot-dlr-001/dlr_rows.csv`. It is not a live PDF parser and performs no web retrieval.

## Source Basis

PRIMARY sources are Digital Realty investor relations static files and SEC-hosted exhibit URLs preserved from the audited seed. The compact manifest keeps one Development Lifecycle source row per quarter with source URL, source location, total-row snippet, investment snippet, snippet support status, confidence, and caveats.

SECONDARY-DISCOVERY sources were not used in this task.

## Result

PASS. The extractor emits exactly 8 quarters x 5 metrics = 40 canonical rows, preserves primary-source provenance fields, and represents DLR-specific lessons: compact table snippets, 100% share ownership basis, exact values, percent parsing, and USD-thousands-to-USD-millions normalization.
